Training and Regeneration facilities both influence players that played a game and players that didn't play. Staff working there influence both, too.
training without camp =
influence of regeneration facility
+ influence of practice facility
+ influence coach
+ influence physio
Camp adds a certain percentage X of the normal practice as a bonus. That percentage depends on the level of academy facility and skill of sporting director.
training during camp =
training without camp
+ X*(training without camp)
So both physios and coaches influence practice in camp. Teams with better regeneration and practice facilities and/or better physios and coaches will have a higher camp bonus when the acedemy level is equal.

Why should regeneration facility have any influence on players who doesn't play in a game ? Their current energy will be equal with seasonal energy, before training, so, no need to regenerate.
Indeed, camp training adds a bonus of X% (depending on SA level and it's staff) to the normal practice, which is influenced only by training facility and it's staff !

But you have to regenerate after practice, too.

Guide:
1.Players in the training camp will not be able to play games.
2.Regeneration facility - Games are tiring for players, so they are unable to train efficiently afterwards. By building the regeneration facility you can avoid this problem.
3.There are a number of factors that influence the practice efficiency. ...bla bla... Players who get more ice time must regenerate more and therefore they will practice less after a game. Players who play in the game will get a smaller practice improvement on that given day in comparison to players who rested. The better the regeneration facility, the faster the players regenerate after a game and their practice deficit compared to the players who rest decreases.
So ... players' daily program is like this:
- game
- regeneration
- practice
If it was like you said, that they will lose energy during practice, in the morning you should have players with current energy < seasonal energy (at least the ones who played a game in that evening) !

There is also a hidden attrubute called 'practice fatigue'. I doesn't show up in energy level but it is there and it is influenced by regeneration facility clearly, and apparently also.
The more fatigue you are the more regeneration you need.

The more fatigue you are the more regeneration you need.

How you discovered that attribute if it's hidden ?

So there is stil no answer is camp training influenced by training object and coaches in it.
I'll just wait for Vlady then.
logically yes. I'll leave you to figure out why it has to be so.
Still doesn't have any logic !
Players who doesn't play a game will have 100% energy and, as the guide says, the ones who plays need regeneration BUT they will not recover 100% (that's why the difference of training) ! After practice, they will drop energy too.... why in the morning all of them have maximu current energy ?

I wish I had edit button
Nevermind, I know now what you all thought about this, so I'm good.

Are you sure? In every rumor there is a little bit of truth.

I didnt say anything about the regeneration facility and physios.
Yep there is something hidden in this game for sure
