Every one has 100 chemistry and good experience. I've tried with center (with good agr) on wing but it gave me no good results. All players have good shooting.
edit: But why these same players get regularly attacking reports when playing even?

When a staff reaches 100 for one of the attributes, does it automatically switch to training the other one?

Already took care of it. You had me excited. I thought I could train one each coach in each of their 90'd Q and they'd train the other guy's 40 Q'd attribute. Too good to be true...
