It would be exactly 200k in Slovenia 1st league. I have made some corrections to my formula, because league level affects the salaries. And number of league levels in a country seems to influence it also.
So for now it's 200k for 1st league in a country with 4 league levels.

200k thats' more than 20 millions for one staff. If you two staff members of overall 200 in each facility you spend about 300 millions ppm dollars on staff only? And then you have prospect staff that you need to pay a bit also... make it 400 millions per season! Wow!
Yes, wow ! But imagine the training your players will take, or marketing influence ... and so on !
Yup, they are no good for your team. Maybe for Gladiadores and Irresistable force, but not for those with shallow pockets. It's best then to keep their attributes even. They get better price also if you wanna sell.
Bonus in SA is based on level of SA and comes on top of training that player gets by normal training ?

Do sporting directors have a hidden attribute 'star search'? The higher this attribute the more likely you'll get top youngstars from your academy?
Few days ago Vlady stated that youths quality has nothing to do with SA or sporting director. It's just... random !

I don't believe it! I had a lot of different sporting directors, and all of them has one thing in common... they had very little of the 'star search' hidden attribute skill.

No probs, I really need to know this and I'm pretty confused. I was sure that players get more training in SA if training center is higher, but some bloke confused me with question about coaches, do they have influence on camp also or not ?
