If you decide to not let a player go in real life they will dislike you for it and want to be traded to a team that supports their growth as a player.
there is nothing like real life so that point didnt stand critic
Emerald, don't get me wrong i dont have anything about you so dont worry, but it could be a nice feature to game when team owners also got chance for participating in nt team and show his attitude.

Simply, don't vote for him as manager of the NT. Making the entire NT suffer because of your personal dislike of someone is petty.
I'm not having a go at you Jusper, I just dont think this idea is a runner in my opinion.
The training bonus alone, for playing in the NT, is comparable to that of a training camp in most cases.

it would be great option for pro users if there could be automatic switching training plan where you can set right values when training from attack needs to switch to next position.
To do list: Practice schedule 10%. That could be it?
maybe
havent checked out to do list for a long time

Don't agree.... the only time your NT players play while your club is still in season loses the exact same amount of energy as if you played a friendly club game. NT friendy games are always played on Low importance.
There is an exception that on the rare occasion an NT may be playing in the WC and a player from the NT may be playing in a promotion/relegation battle also... but this would be very, very rare indeed.
And in any case, the club takes precedent should this scenario arise.
Seeing as most managers have friendlies scheduled or tournaments scheduled for the Saturdays that the NT games are played in, there is no extra loss of energy at all.
For those who have no friendlies scheduled throughout the season the loss of energy for the NT friendlies, if said player plays in every one, works out at 0.28 of an energy point.... a loss so small you won't even notice it.
Its so small you cannot call it a negative.
The positives of your player being involved in the NT far, far, far outweigh any negatives one can conjure up.

I was just trying to play Devil's Advocate there.
New Suggestion:
How about at the end of the season we get an update from our scouts/player development to let us know of any CL changes?

Another suggestion I have is to do with setting lines.
Is it possible to make a check box on the line page (the actual setting of lines page) that would take all players already on a line out of the list?
It would make setting lines way easier.

Thats what the remove players for the line actually does. Or are you talking about after you hit the edit line button? I suppose a button to clear the line wouldn't hurt....
When I'm making Line 3, I want a button that takes all players already on a line (since I can't double-line players) to be removed from my list of available choices.
So, if I have Lines 1 and 2 made, and goalies chosen. When making line 3 I shouldn't see either of my goalies or players on line 1 and 2 (if I check the box that it).

I see what you mean. But, since the players show which lines and positions they are playing for I'm not sure how much of a value add that is. In fact the present system makes it easier for me to just promote someone up from one of the lower lines.
