In my opinion it will definitely have much more drawbacks and misusage than benefits. Only benefit I can see is, if you put player to the transfer list accidently or set way too high price.. well, you won't do that twice

If you put a player on TL, if the player has no offer, you can retrieve it from TL, but still pay the comission !

Suggestion: Change the name of the Relagation/Promotion Round to simply Relegation/Promotion. Have the rounds still detailed in there, but also include the list of teams that have accomplished promotion/relegation without the extra round.
I know these can be views on the playoffs and league standings pages, but it makes sense from a skimming perspective to see all the teams promoting/relegating at one time. Just a thought.

Some people could build up prices for their players like that. So it wouldn't be convenient !
But ! It would be nice to have an option of 5 min delay for a player. If you have a second thoughts, you should have 5 min (or some other time) to change your mind.

maybe it could be a great feature if when your player is accpeted for nt team, owner of player need to grant permision for a player. for example i dont like nt manager and i dont want situation when my player helps gaining victories for coach
Why would you Not want your player to play in the NT?
Besides the point that you dont like the NT manager, which is a ridiculous reason to keep your player from the NT, what else could there be...
There are many benefits from having your player in the NT... and no negatives that I can think of..
