I have couple suggestions to improve prefential voting/election system:
- Make a list of top 10 (or more) managers who have most prefential votes. This list should update itself regularly during the season.
- Possibility to set your willingness to be as NT coach. If you are not willing, you can't get any prefential votes.

I've got one proposition for hockey, there could be two all-stars games in every season. Every division would elect one manager and the elected managers would arrange matches between other divisions.
On the national cup draw page before the draw happens, I see no need to have that page refreshed so often or at all. I'm trying to read down the page and I only get about 20 team names down in one pool and the page refreshes.
I have a suggestion for solving (or trying to solve) the problem with the teams which does not want to play in higher league for collecting more OTR points. I guess this could be solved with an OTR bonus of - let's say 30 Points for every team which rises one league level! In this way the team get's higher sponsor money and in this way the problem could be solved that a lot of teams do not want to play in higher league...
There is no issue, Mickey. Think about it, how's a team supposed to catch up to better teams otherwise?
Agreed.
I used to think staying down was the better idea, but i was wrong. The fact is moving up to the higher leagues creates more competition and allows for a much tougher game which needs more management to stay in the standings. OTR gain is limited if you lose, fair enough, but the benefits of being up outweigh the costs of staying down.

I think, once the buildings got better for most teams, the much more deciding factor will be what prospects you pull. I would assume that the new Free Agency system will add even more value to talented prospects.
Also, there is a chance people will have to traid away some of their best players when they can't afford their salaries anymore. If player salaries develop similar to staff salaries.... damn, I have to prepare myself already.

.."trade" away some of their best prospect..
sorry
sorry
When I look at Player Statistics and choose Season=All, I'd like to see stats for all players while they were playing for me, not just the current roster.
Likewise, when I go back through the seasons, I'd like to see the players who were on my team at the time and their stats while playing for me.
