Remove the "Recent Logins" from other manager's pages.
Perhaps make it something less specific.
My only concern is that players can realize if a manager hasn't logged on in time to change his tactics. I know it isn't a big deal, but it is a bit of an advantage being given that I have no control over.

I agree, there is a little advantage.
But you don't have to remove all logins, just the login information of the current day and you can show the past logins starting yesterday.

I think we can allow that small advantage for active users. Like you said, no big deal.
Hey if people can't be bothered logging in regularly, then they deserve to lose.

Every thread includes drop down list, where you can choose user (users who have written in that threat). And when you choose someone from the list, you see only that user's posts in the threat. That way we could easily check out e.g. all Vladys posts.

How about not. Just leave it like it is. Don't take away features. Add new Pro Pack features instead.
In soccer, I wish we could make a substitution on half-time. It only allows us to select 10min increments sadly. So the closest you can do is 40th or 50th minute.
Players gain experience when playing, which should result in them being better players. How about having something similar for staff? Head position gets more experience than Assistant and others get none since they're not doing anything.
But they can still learn at school or etc.
Yes, they can still learn but gain no experience unless a Head or Assistant. Like players can train, but gain no experience if they don't play.
How much more experience does a staff member between 50 to 61 years of age get?

Season Long All-Stars
Does becoming a Season Long All-Star give you any sort of bonus? Popularity?
Perhaps each league could have an All-Star team, to play against other Teams in the Division.
Even though the All-Stars are only one line, I would like to see something for a player becoming a Season Long All-Star (even a trophy on the player page would be cool).
