Didn't you guys get rid of the 25% extra salary for players?
Question about maintenance centres.
If I have a 25% efficiency does that mean my costs are 25% less?
And is this on facilities only? or on my stands and accessories too?

Arena security and Maintenance Efficiency are the two stats for your custodians.
Efficiency only refers to the strength of the staff, and I think 100% is the equivalent of +2 facility levels.
So it isn't a direct relation to your costs, but relates to facility level (which is a direct relation to costs).
So a low level won't have much benefit to a 100% efficiency (it would be cheaper to upgrade facilities), but at maxed arenas/facilities the 100% is more likely to be worth their daily salary.
Also, security service lowers the chance of vandals breaking in and damaging the arena (random expenses) and lowers the daily cost of your arena/concessions.

Ok makes sense. Is there a chart someone that shows the rough percent savings each level of maintenance has? I have built a few triples, and have more on the way, so I was looking to rain in those costs if I could.

Each level of the maintenance facility gives you a 2% bonus on the base daily costs of facilities and arena expenditures. This means that a level 8 maintenance facility gives you a 16% reduction, a level 12 gives a 24% reduction and so on and so forth.
Staff provides an additional bonus that can reach 50% of the bonus each level provides, or if you prefer 1% for each additional level. For example a level 10 maintenance centre would have its base bonus of 20% in addition to a possible 10% for staff with 100% efficiency for a total savings percentage of 30%. Obviously staff with 100% efficiency would cost more than it would save at that level but it is possible to reach.
You can use this formula if you want to know your exact percent savings for your level of facilities and staff. Of course you need to calculate Arena and facility savings separately, unless of course your staff has the same efficiency for security and maintenance.
