Why are some numbers on my training page red?
Why are some bolded?
What does the quality number mean exactly (how is it different than the value number)?

Bold = Primary.
Red = Secondary.

This is so you can quickly tell what to train. This only shows up if you have your player types set.

Qualitity is number which determines how well the player trains that attribute.

I have a lecturer, whose contract expires tomorrow and it won't be extended. He fill be fired. Does anybody know, what will happen first, education or his dismissal?

Is there a training limit for staff? I've set the training on one if my managers to train "Marketing" and for the past few days it resets to "No training". The first day it did this I thought it was an error on my part, but after 3-4 day of this it seem like there are limits? Is there anywhere to find out what the limits are?

When my staff member retired, it was one of the last actions reported (5:30), and contracts are also generally last, though before the fine for too many players.

Scouting completion is among the first things reported after the (5:00), and I'm pretty sure training happens right after (5:00).

It could kind of make sense to have lecturing occur at the time of training. But, on the other hand, it wouldn't really make sense to update some staff skills before they were used, and others afterwards. And maintenance costs are usually pretty late.

I think you should sacrifice a day of lecturing in the interest of science.

What time does a "day" start? I'm on the East Coast. But I'm thinking that the day might start at the start of the European day. ???
