Ok, I may have exaggerated with whining But then again, 20 teams have started season 1 in div 1 and at least 4 other joined it in season 2. This kind of supremacy now could indicate there is no adequate competition in good ol' USA.

I'd put you in the category of a very vocal complainer. If people complain about something a lot, I tend to ignore them unless they have put some thought into possible solutions. That applies outside of PPM as well.

I could complain that you have an advantage over me because you started playing in season 1 and i started in season 3. However, that advantage has been erased. Our facilities, team strength, and OTR are essentially equal at this point. Since you started in season 1, you could probably be in Division I by now. It definitely sucks that you lost the first 7 playoff series that would have earned you promotion to Division II. If you had won one of the first two, I'd assume you could have advanced to Division I in the following 6 seasons.

I actually really like this suggestion. It removes the power of the NT to pressure managers, and retains the way things currently are. Best of both worlds.

If we didn't have the national teams, wouldn't the empty week after the playoffs, be the pre-season? Maybe the energy reset and aging should happen then?

No, there are relegation matches played at the last week of the season.

Most of the problem with energy in NT comes from the fact that NT coach has to determine the team basicly on the second week of the season. Because after that he can not kick anybody out anymore. It would be much better if the final NT could be decided 1 week before WC. Ok you still have the chemistry to be build up, but you could remain the chemistry even when kicked out, so that when he enters again the loss would be some percentage not 100 % as it is now. That would give the NT coaches a real tactic issue on selecting best players at that moment which happens IRL as well

I had the chemistry problem on my 1st season of NT Manager... I lost all the chemistry of the players, I got pissed, but no one cared about. They said it was not possible to mantain their chemistry.
In that time the guide didn't mention any thing about it...
