What exactly is average quality? When I look at the quality numbers, they certainly don't seem to equal anywhere near the average. Is that number after scouting and the numbers I'm seeing before? That's my best guess.
You have the just of it. When unscouted, Qs and AQ are just estimates. Upon completing scouting AQ = Average of all Qs. 
Alright, I'll bring this up again because it really makes no sense to me. Player salaries are out of control. Does anyone who speaks another language know if other countries are complaining about this? I'm trying to figure out if there will be anything done to reduce their salaries in the future.
I recall they lowered them some back in the day but even at the time I knew it wasn't enough. I think that staff salaries should be reduced by at least 75%

I've been selling out my 800 seat arena and want to upgrade some stands. The edit button is not lit though. Do I need to demolish before I can build? Currently, all 8 sections are small stands, 100 seats each.
Yes. You need to knock everything down to start any new type of stand.

So...if I send a player to camp, and he comes out of camp for one game...does he go back into camp after that game, or is he done for the remainder of the camp?
