Good deal!! This will help alot if they have a chance.
Question: What effects the quality we see while players are on the market?
I've noticed quite a swing between what I see when a player is available and what I see once he is on my team. I know that the level and staffing of my HR is in effect within my team so, what can I do to get a better read while they are up for bids?

Scout them...or read the chat Where scouted Q are written sometimes

I understand that to get absolute values they have to be scouted, just like on my own team.
What I was wondering is WHY the values I see are so much different from (literally) one minute to the next.
The un-scouted players on my team only change their un-scouted qualities every other Monday (from what I understand). These players changed their un-scouted qualities in the middle of the day on a Saturday. So, if the un-scouted qualities are only as exact as my HR and staff is upgraded while they are ON MY TEAM, what effects their unscouted qualities while they are ON THE MARKET.
I am neither bitching, whining, nor bellyaching about the fact that their qualities changed (I understand that it is somewhat of a crapshoot and, that is part of the fun. And, in this case almost all their qualities went UP). I just want to understand WHY they are different and what EXACTLY effects the quality of my scouting of players while ON THE MARKET vs. on my team. I.E.: If my HR is level 5 is it not always level 5 no matter where the player is.

The unscouted qualities from the market change when he goes to your team. as far as the HR level goes it is still just an estimate until he is scouted. every player i have ever gotten off the market has changed Q when he moved to my team. and if someone else says they have a player on the market, and i check them i get a different Q also. i personally think it was just designed that way to keep you guessing until the player is finally scouted.
Now, a question for PPM.
I just reached 51 experience points and got a message saying that I've earned Pro pack for "the next 7 days". I have already paid up for now so do the 7 days get tacked onto the end of that?

Vlady,
I recently signed up for a tournament that was listed as FOR BEGINNERS (his caps, not mine). Since then the person running the tournament has started to allow "pros". I had no intention of "paying" to play teams that are 99.44% assured of winning. What is the proper way to go about getting a refund and out of this tournament?

Probably not possible to get your credits back.
However I would report this bait and switch tactic to the moderators and it could lead to a penalty or ban on the user.

Thanks D.A.
I want to give him a chance to refund my credits himself first, though.
I honestly think he realized after a few days that finding 32 "new" teams to play in a credit tournament wasn't going to happen (I JUST started looking into tournaments myself.) so, he just started to let everyone in. [I know he's got 50 credits on the line]
Still, a bait and switch is most definitely NOT cool.

Ask for him to personally reimburse you. He'll have 10 credits at least.
Do you guys think it is better to:
A) Send top players to camp in the middle of an easy schedule
B) Keep top players to gain maximum chemistry and experience and wait til after the season for camp
I always have atleast 1 camp in the middle of a season; Just wondering if it is a good idea to have 2.

if you will make the playoffs then yes, one midseason. If you are out of the running you can run the camps late.
