i didn't find any answer to this - does the secondary goalkeeper in the lineup and not playing the game influence the calculations in the game? (since it influences the team strength)
Are u really sure he influence team strength ?
well he influences the goaltending factor of the team strength. try it out by setting only one goalkeeper or some other than your usual secondary goalkeeper
No the backup goalie doesn't influence game calculations unless he plays
Yes he does influence team strength as this has been stated many times.
Team strength is representative of the lineup you submit for a game, but it is an output of the game not an input. On each play the game engine takes into account all relevant player ratings. at no time does the game take your "Team Strength" to determine outcomes of plays.

Strange enough for me. I can give u an example:
I have one goalkeeper with 110/65/55 and one with 100/50/50 (golakeeper strength - 48). Another team has one goalkeeper with 125 /65/65 and second goalkeeper under 80/40/40 (team strength - 56).

do you know chemistry and experience of goalies?
My goalkeepers have:
1. 95 chemistry, 45 exp
2. 10 chemistry, 10 exp
The other ones:
1. 100 chemistry, 50 exp
2. 3 chemistry, 2 exp

The 1st goalie has much bigger influence for strenght stars than the second goalie. I think the 1st goalie has about 80% influence to stars and 2nd goalie about 20%.
that is true, just try to switch you goalies for once and then you see a big change in your goalie rating

Absolutely disagree! EVERY player should have tec higher than agg or they'll end up getting penalties.
I have some player in my 4th line who has aggr 3x or 4x more aggr then tech, in 9 games he has 16pm and 4 points 
16PIM in 9 games isn't good. My team averages less than 4PM per game, most games are down around 1 maybe 2 penalties.
True that, but i don`t have good player to replace him...
In my team only wingers have equal t/a, but not defenders - they have t -5 = a. smth like this
