Current energy is correlated with season energy.
Now, when you have season energy to 99/100, your current energy for a 3/3/3 line up will go to 80 for example. When season energy is around 80-85, current energy will go to 60-65.
Playing 3/3/3 when ur season energy is around 80 against a team, you'll have less chances to win than if u'd play 4/4/4 !
As a conclusion, energy influence over team rating is more visible when it has lower values !
