There has been some interesting discussion regarding technique today. Unfortunately nobody reported the info regarding what the guide says in Slovak :/
It's pretty easy to tell the Slovak version is the same as English. It goes Technika - Nahrávka, so tech is first there too.

im still of the opinion that which secondary is higher is dependent on what type of game you play.

trueblue i imagine he means for instance if a wingers attributes are offense/technique/aggression, then the base may be 100/50/50.
If you play as "active forechecking" for example, the optimum build may be something like 100offense/50technique/60aggression, or if you play with "breaking up of play" it might be better to have 100offense/60technique/50aggression

Different styles of play - ie active forechecking, counterattack all have certain types of events that happen more often than in other styles. Thus my assumption is that having characteristics that match those styles may help in the determination of events in game (though they wont neccessarily lead to higher team strength stars/pucks showing).
Eg counterattacks are looking for counter attacking opportunities. Thus my assumption is that higher speed (ie tech) may create more of these opportunities.
Active forechecking on the other hand can you imagine having guys with very little aggressiveness? So i would put this higher.
So dependent on what you play more often you may decide to go with one secondary higher than the other. The safe route though is to keep them equal.

I could believe that. It sounds like it should be true anyway just like players with higher passing should get more assists and higher shooting should get more goals etc.
Oh yeah, sorry i figured that kind of "manager personalisation" was a given. LOL
