Changing the calculation engine now is not honest for those who have trained his team with the information/technique he knows to build a good team!
This will maybe change a real good team now, into a bad playing team in the future.

tweaks are a must rhox, I'm pretty sure the engine isn't flawless 
and such changes will most certainly happen during off-seaon

I hope the changes wont have that much impact. I think a few small changes to make the game more 'realistic' wont hurt. But then again maybe 'realistic' is not really a realistic goal for an online sports manager game... 
You dont have to fear this. Same teams will still be the strongest, only the engine will be better.
Some managers fear that now the work will go towards the soccer, and we'll experience not quickly such improvements in the hockey.
I personaly "fear" that everyone will focus on soccer forums and game and there won't be as much conversations around the hockey forums anymore.
Even though i don't post much, i still keep up to date in several threads and i must say without them my team wouldn't be as good as it is atm.
I wont be playing soccer btw.. i already play another soccer manager game, dont need 2 soccerteams..

A nice 3D engine would be really really really really really * ~ nice.
Don't worry i'll spend 90% of my time here... soccer is ok, but i don't care for it all "that" much.
If they're able to improve upon some of the important flaws in this game I'll play that and never look back. I dont really like soccer much but I still want to play a solid sports manager simulator. There's so much right here but there's also so much wrong :/
Same here, I will give football a shot but in hockey remains my priority.
True, but if you take transfer market out its not that much time needed to play them both.
That's true enough. I'm just sort of on the fence right now about quitting this game altogether. My hope is they make the changes to soccer this game needs because there are parts of this game that I really do like.
I think the problems are minor and the game altogether is one of far the best i know! Some changes are needed but its not enough for me to start thinking about quitting it
Can anyone make an estimate of what I would get for an 18 year old keeper with 100-60-60 skills and 69% average quality?
