First stats numbers only change after each divsion game. then its updated and you see your relative schoot number of your team.
second the pucks after each match is just an indication overview of line performance. So shoot gets a puck extra you need have shoot overall avg in that line better. My guess, not founded on much data, is that you get an extra puck every average of shoot per 10 points.. so an average of 48-54 overall in shoot in a line woudl give 5 pucks.
This all doesnot mean you not getting better in shooting. Just look in to shoot perc. perposition and per line. They should be slightly better. Take 10 macthes and not one to judge results etc. Main thing to look at is, do the lines that need more shootperc, grow in shoot and do the positions you need to score, indeed score a bit more.

Yes, I suppose it's strong for those teams which have just started playing, but that kind of shooting you'll get without training from a player from SA 5 level and above. In other words - there is no need for some big training.
Now, how the shooting is needed in some team ? If some player (regardless on what position he plays) has high shooting quality - train it. A player with strong quality, needs 50% of primary, IMO.
Shooting is also slightly overrated skill if you ask me.

I agree on shooting being overated. My top scorers each season have had their shooting attribute at about 30% of their primary (or less). I have been boosting my shooting though, and have noticed very little change in shots on goal and/or goals scored. So... go figure.
I think the biggest impact is shot:tech. I had a guy with 45 shot and 25 tech score 3% of the time. Once that went to just 35 tech he was up to 20% of the time. I got him eventually (and painfully) to 45 tech and he was well over 30-40% shooting %. But his Qs are way too low so I'm selling him... eventually. It always breaks my heart selling original players.
good point. i don't like it...but good point.

what would be more effecitve for trainingcamps
train career guys 5/6 or career 6/6...
long term 6/6 guys will be strong players higer skills =performance? but train 5/6 guys in camp until they get 4/6 you get more players good for benches, injurie reserves or playing friendly , creditgames etc? and they have more transfervalue for selling
