um, this has to be a joke. You've had your team 4 days and somehow you're US captain? With all due respect I'd hope you'd learn the game before trying whatever it is the captain does.
It isn't about knowing how to manage a game. It's about propagating the game. If he manages that and his team sucks, I don't think any of us would care.
I agree to an extent but.....
He applied. He showed interest. I guess noone else did. Seriously though the game's not played by many Americans ... obviously. I wish him well.
Better than noone I guess. No offense Shevzor

ya that's fair enough. I hope he can keep his enthusiasim for the game! Good luck in the position and don't let Tuttle sour you from the game like our lost friend Nsblues.
he has a few good qualities as far as this game goes too - he can speak to vlady and tuttle in their own languages...
Hey, I do not play the game for 4 days... I play it already for like ~30 days... I was pretty active in studying it...
Being a captain of the US team does not mean that I have to be #1 in hockey or soccer... I have other responsibilities...
Give me some time and I'll get into the first league too...
As a captain I need to build a good team ... this is my first priority...But nobody wants to make any effort...
So I have to work 3 times harder...
((
I am saying again PEOPLE I NEED HELP in order to get some kind of success!

If you are interested in growing the user base in the USA, one thing I suggest you should be very concerned with is how long it takes new teams to be competitive with the best teams in the game. Of course, no one should be able to step right in and compete with an established team in a season or 2, but if new users see that they are actually further away from the top teams after a couple of seasons than they were when they started, that might discourage them a lot and cause them to quit.
Therefore I urge you to do your best to build the best hockey team as quickly as you can. Make careful observations during this time about how big the gap is between your team and the top teams, and especially whether the gap is growing or shrinking. Then you will be able to do a good job of bringing this information back to the developers.

I don't think that Tuttle will approve it... And I personally do not agree with it also... How do you think will feel the players that play for years??? I think that what you say may kill our old players... But it is food for thought I will talk to the developers...See what they say
)

You don't think Tuttle will approve what? Trying to win with your hockey team and reporting on your results? I'm confused.
Oh well. You may or not be aware of it, but this debate is just about as old as the game itself. I have said all that I have to say about it in the past. I was simply trying to suggest that as a player with both a brand new hockey team and a direct connection to the developers, you are in a great position to report on the perspective a new user might have. What are the good things that might encourage a new user to stay? What are the bad things that might discourage him?
You will never know unless you really try to develop your team and play just like a new user would. It is up to you whether you want to do so.
