If you change the importance between the periods, which one is used in calculation for the seasonal energy loss?

If first period si played on very low with 4 lines, it will be 0.1/3 and if secondand third period are played on very high ...there is an additional of 1.5/3 *2 . A total of 1.033

Some engine to calculate it or it would be informed after match how much energy is lost for each five.
after match in match report - It would be good. But table in guide would be too big
