What do you consider unbalanced? Yeah, I am reading this thread, but you can hardly make a sample comparing two teams out of 30,000. Besides, you don't even have any exact stats to compare all your pulls.
As has been mentioned a number of times, the AvQ of players coming from the academy is random and I can even tell you that it is calculated by Gaussian distribution.
By building up your academy (and hiring staff) you increase your chances of pulling a superstar due to the higher number of players that you get (this is undeniable fact) and also the players you get are better trained if you have better academy and staff.
The question is, why do you assume that something is broken in the game when someone is more successful than you are? Maybe he is just a better manager.

I'm not questioning his success. If you had actually read my posts you would have noticed that.
But look at this guys pulls... most people are lucky to pull a superstar a season and there are a lot of managers who are lucky to have more than 2 or 3 star players of 400OR or better. This guy has SOLD this season alone at least 10 400OR players, and as has been mentioned, he's pulled a good number of them from his SA.
People for 5 seasons now have questioned, complained and raised issue with the fact that there are people pulling all these fantastic players while others don't.
All we want is a little bit of equality and fairness in the SA pulls. If one person is capable of pulling 10 or more superstar quality players from the SA then we should all be able to at some point in time.
As you can see, this entire issue was raised because someone said it's easy to make $200million. Well shit Vlady, of course it's easy when you're pulling and selling players like this guy is. But for the rest of us... it's not. That is where this entire thing started.

Hi Vlady.
Gaussian distribution is a function which depends on a variable. That variable is represented by a player with AvQ=50 ?

True, and that variable would change regularly as the game average changes, one would assume.
But is that variable the AveQ or the OR? Or, is it both?
Which brings up an interesting question...
What IS the average OR and AveQ across the game. What would the variable be for "today" that the game engine would use?

i do have a theory wich seems to be confirmed at this point. our time will come. at the start of the game some managers used to pull only monster players but after a while, other dudes came up front. i'm just waiting for my time. till then, i'm buying small rated players, train them to 100-50-50 and, hopefully, sel them for good cash.

Man, AvQ has nothing to do with OR.
OR is influenced by SA and it's staff. Of course, there is an average value for OR which is depending on facility influence (+staff).
Vlady is right. It is hard to believe, that making an average of players' OR, for all teams in game having SA lvl 1 will be higher than an average of players' OR, for all teams in game having SA lvl 8.
Now, regarding AvQ... The chance to get an 99 AvQ on SA lvl 1 it is equal with the chance to get an 99 AvQ on SA lvl 15.
My issue is:
The chances to get a 99 AvQ youth is equal to the chance to get a 1 AvQ youth ?

It will eventually even out. Manowar won't continue to get great pulls all the time. But someone else will. Most of us will continue to get a few decent players and a star once in a blue moon. And some unfortunate souls will go several seasons without getting a single decent player. That's just the way it is. There's nothing that needs to be fixed.
'Manowar won't continue to get great pulls all the time'
Maybe he will !
Maybe he will !

now, if I told you, you would have nothing to ponder about

Of course he will.
Even if he gets bad pulls he'll continue to play... it increases the challenge, which can make the game harder, but more fun.

So the answer is no, he won't continue to get good players, seeing as how he has apparently quit.
On the topic of pulls, I've been quite pleased with mine. I've built up my SA to level 11 (building 11 currently), and I've found that balanced Sports Directors seems to yield decent pulls.
Maybe I've been lucky, but my line 1 is currently pulls from about 6 months ago. One is on the Canadian National Team, and the others are just now gaining momentum on Training and are over 100 primary (I use 2:1:1 ratio with heavy training of shooting as well).
I dont' think I'm doing anything special.
