That could really help out countries with smaller populations also on the National level. Like if a Canadian player came up out of a Slovakian level 13 academy and that player was blessed with monster attributes, then it would help create more National Team superstars.

I agree with the idea, however the coaches should be able to have some kind of control of this feature. Like, for example, being able to choose the continent the player will come from.

Il would like do a suggestion. I think this game miss a "gold book", public and free, for each team where each manager can write on it.

For me, give to this game a greater social dimension is important. With a Gold book is easy to follow an other team, to encourage them and create link with various manager.

To play for a long time to a game, i think the more important motivation is not the game, but the people with who you play !

Haha You are right ! So, there we could have a lot of Slovakian teams who would get Canadians, Serbians, or Irish players
I like that. That would bring an end to disproportion in country strength here.
Of course there should be balanced percentage of foreign towards domestic players coming from SA, like 70-30 for domestics.

The only problem with that is it would eliminate all domestic influence on national teams.

...not to mention you'd pay foreign player fees for someone from your own academy.

Well that would just be poor practice to take players from a team without informing or asking consent of the manager.

I don't think there is anything stopping saint2e from selecting a player on your team. You could protest but you have no way of pulling your player from the NT. I suppose it is a gentleman's rule.
