i have one suggestion.i don't know if someone wrote about this but here it goes.

let's make hall of fame for your team or for national team also.but there should be some strict rules about bringing player up to the hall of fame.maybe something like that he played for your team at least 5 or 10 years and played over 70 % of competitive matches

LOL @ Credit feature. Every good idea seems to be a damn credit feature! We pay enough for the pro pack already, you'd think they would be a little less greedy and include things in pro!

Well, I wasn't talking about an average ppm team. There are teams with 200mil or they could get them with selling only 2-3 players. And they would certainly do it for an extra of 2mil/week. That's 32mil per season (16% interest rate). Hell, even I would do it.
So, rich would get richer and that wouldn't be good.

I have to agree with you, getting this kind of money isn't as hard as most of you think. Take a look at mictian sale for example, or even former Polish Champion, Manowar.

I just took a scan over manowar's transfers. He's sold a lot of 400+ OR players for good money.

Where did he get them from?

I've been playing this game actively since season 1 and have just a handful of 400+ OR players... he's sold more THIS season than i've had all together.

What's his secret?

If this is so easy to do as you suggest, you tell us HOW he's able to come across so many great players that just happen to sell for all this money?

To be serious, I think that he is/was (choose whatever you want to) very good manager, who decided not to invest everything to infrastructure, but mainly focus on buying possible good players (same as me). Thanks to it, he has developed very good teams, which won two times Polish I league (3 and 4 season).

And that was the reason, why he is my assistant as Polish NT coach

And i would like to add that my team is developed in same way. I think that it looks quite good at this moment.

And getting back to Manowar's clue, he had luck in pulling from academy too. 12 of sold players came from his SA (from 18). Focusing on other bought players:
1st - bought in 3 season for 17M, sold for 41M (actual OR 455)
2nd - boughy in 3 season for 36M, sold for 56M (actual OR 489)
3rd - bought in 4 season for 31.5M, sold for 42M (actual OR 415)
4th - bought in 3 season for 36M, sold for 37M (actual OR 470)
5th - bought in 4 season for 34.5M, sold for 76M (actual OR 386)
6th - bought in 4 season for 42M, sold for 30.5M (actual OR 425)

I would like to add that most of his former player has very good qualities.

So essentially, he has a ton of luck with the SA.. more than 99.999% of the rest of us have, and has essentially trained players with intent to sell.

Fair enough... to an extent.

I have 2 players over 400OR. One of them came from the SA. The highest quality player i've ever pulled is 85% ave quality.. and he's my top OR player.

I refuse to believe that the game engine is so heavily unbalanced that someone like Manowar is pulling high quality, high OR players while the rest of us pull shit week after week.

If the game engine IS that heavily unbalanced, I would like to think Vlady and others are reading this thread and taking steps to make some changes to make it so it is.

Afterall, Manowar's SA is only 1 level above mine, and he only has 1 staff, whereas I have 2 staff with VERY high youth training attributes. He and I are not all that different with regards to SA, so our pulls should, in theory, be at least close.
