I meant that influence of the experience should be increased.
Or you could have a junior team that plays daily, it doesn't tabulate, nor track stats, or anything it just lets the guys "play" where they gain experience etc. This way your younger players who don't start have some use and value - you can then build up your junior system above and beyond the SA which is just a scouting / youth training land. Players can play Juniors from 15-18 or you can bring them up early.
It will add a new dimension without changing too much but give you a use for the guys just hanging on your roster.

Also a chemistry per line, you can have a team chem and then a line chem where certain forwards and d men play / get along better etc. Again adding a wrinkle and making it beneficial to keep players who age past 3/6 or 4/6 etc. Otherwise guys just dump off all the chum and can get new guys up to 100 chem super fast by playing in friendlies.
I think the real trouble with the market, the "1 atty junk" etc etc etc is that it is promoted to recycle and push through players too quickly, there is no precedent for keeping a veteran around as they won't be useful in two seasons, but if their EXP and per line chem were something necessary to play well then it would be more difficult to plug in that new young player and more difficult to continually round robin guys.
This would cut down on the constant buying of young talent as you wouldn't be able to introduce them en masse to your lineup without taking a huge hit.

or use the friendly matches to train youth and league games for players that have developed sufficiently to have an impact.
in theory that's what the friendlies are already for. however, the manager can use whatever players he wants to increase their experience via the friendlies. in another sim, i use friendlies for both depending on the overall needs of the team at the time/season.
Thats the point, it is too easy to slot in a new young player so there is no advantage in keeping your older players (some say exp but when I put a new guy w decent stats in he performs right away)
So why not just buy and sell and recycle your lineup constantly? There is no penalty so there is no reason not to.

I would really like the option to block or at least not see some topics on the forum. Now I always see the topics of my country with recent posts in them, but some of those topics I don't care for.
I'm just saying there is no need to add a separate youth squad with the revisions discussed above. You get experience for your kids in the friendlies. With the above system the kids would not be as effective early in thier career so would not play as much in league games unless the kid(s) are exceptional.
not sure if this is suggested before but it would be nice to add hot and cold streaks. this would give an extra dimension to ppm hockey. lets say that a hot streak will give a 10%(or more) boost to the player and a cold streak will be minus 10%(or more)
not sure if these streaks should be random.

I think they do go on streaks, but if someone tells you they're on a streak than it takes out the managerial aspect of moving them around defeating the purpose of the game.
I'd like to make the suggestion to give managers the option to either separate the forums of sports or even block out certain threads. The reason I say it is with the flood of new ones in the country it pushed quite a few others off the main page. If I wasn't playing soccer why would I want to have to see all of the soccer threads. While it may not be huge now imagine with several more games going!
Yes, and I would also like to have edit button for messages.
