yeeeep! I keep buying players with high AQ but crap Qs for attributes that matter.. for ex)forward with good pass and agr but low tech.
And I always wondered, wouldn't aggressiveness matter for goalies? It could indicate how "aggressive" the goalie is, how much he would come out of the crease, but it could just be my theory..

that's a very, very good question
The reason is due to the longevity of staff vs players.
There will come a time when players OR will develop to the point where players will cost a LOT more than the Staff do. Because there players have a much higher OR and last much longer in the game, the Staff salary gets higher faster.
It seems strange I agree, but there is logic behind it.

actually its mainly because their influence on the facilities is vast and facilities themselves are very expensive. therefore a huge upgrade on a facility in form of a great staff member has to cost a lot of money.
a question on injuries.. for a player to be considered as "day-to-day", how many days does he have left until full recovery? If I play him, would it affect the line strength?
do we get a reward when we upgrade a league...i'm in III.4 and i'll probably upgrade in the II league?

In league, under prize money for playoffs, I think you can see how much the promotion bonus is.
