In II.4 there is 1 team with lvl 15, 4 teams with lvl 14. Yardware snakes have 14, wouldnt the lowest they could be is 8th? yet they are 9th. and the Giants have lvl 14 but they are inactive, so they are placed 20th. so then that would make there be 4 teams with lvl 14 or better. how are the snakes only picking 9th

There is a lottery aspect where teams can move up or down a max of 3 spots.

oh wow, i thought it was going to be ranked first by sa lvl, and then lvl 14s shuffled based on highest staff, then lottery. but i guess staff and sa lvl are looked at at the same time. in that case im glad i have 100%
Exactly. The game engine doesn't see lvl 14 it sees effective levels... a continuum not a discrete function.

C/L has little impact on training (if any at all) during the U18 years. I've often seen 17 4/6 out training 15 6/6 of equal qualities. The difference comes in the mid-20s when the 17 4/6 is now 3/6 or 2/6 and the 15 6/6 is just dropping to 4/6. You'll get a good 5-8 seasons out of the 15 5/6 guy. But his training will drop off quickly in his late 20s.
That being said, 15 6/6 could go 16 5/6 and 15 5/6 could stay through 18 5/6... in which case it is a wash.

If I want to demolish a stand with accessories, do I need to individually demolish all the accessories like press boxes, shops, etc, in order to get refunded for them or can I just demolish the whole stand at once?
