You don't see them as you are a Pro Pack user. The pop-up is called with what looks like a javascript function. Adblock works fine in blocking the ads itself, but the pop-up placeholder is not blocked.

Basically, once every three pages of navigation or so, i need to stare at a black placeholder for 20 seconds.

Once again, it's because you are a Pro user. The ad states "Become a pro user and get rid of this ad".

bottom line i love this game, that being said, if i could i would whole heartedly support it...

have tried propogation... just don't get it.. perhaps this is where u could have spent more time.. instead of copping out with google..

and really at this point, i cannot say hey come over to ppm it's a great game...

Fact is, pro users play a HUGE part in this game actually being online. That's unfortunately the way things are with most websites like this.

I don't mind ads placement and I understand that an online game like this one needs money income. As a non-paying user (and that's a budget decision more than a gaming choice... I'm not rolling on gold this year) I assume that my game experience could be less amazing than somebody else paying and supporting the dev. This is normal.

And actually the fact that paying user are provided with a more user-friendly website, but NOT with a significant advantage to win more easily, that's a huge part for me. For that, 20 thumbs up to the devs. All I'm saying is that I see absolutely no trouble in providing the Pro users with all kind of extras for this game. You are right, Pro users is probably the main source of income. You guys deserve that.

I'm not ok however to decrease by that much the game experience of the non-paying users to sell more Pro Pack. At least, let the ads appear, but allow me to close it without waiting 15 seconds. Use the code of the Tennis Duel daily ad, I won't even care that much.

And I'm not a complaining-to-every-changes person... this is the very first time I complain about something on PPM. Besides that, I still find that the devs are doing a very fine work.

I agree. Best part of PPM are that free and pay users are the same once the teams hit the ice/pitch. As far as the ads go, I suspect they'll be modified at some point but I'm purely speculating.

I completely agree. Hard-line advertising and black-hat marketing never works. People only get frustrated, angry and then leave. I'm a little surprised that PPM are placing the ads in such obnoxious places.

Nope. But a player with 1 CL is almost static. My guess is 0 doesn't train at all while -1 is what decreases.

If a player reaches the lowest level (0/6), he stops improving and his attributes start decreasing. The speed of deterioration of attributes increases with age.

Really? When I started playing there was -1/6 CL. Hmmm apologies for my out-of-date information.

I've had a 0/6 player a while ago and he lost 0,04 in every single skill with every single training update. He was useless quite quickly, but well, not a star player anyway.
