Does anyone know just how important 'experience' is? The guide says that it "has a direct influence on the player's performance in the games" - but how much much influence does it actually have?
For example, if Player A has attributes that are slightly lower than Player B, but A has 40 exp and B has 20 exp, will A be worse/same/better/way better than B?

Saint or Canucks might give you numbers but yes, there's a % bonus to attributes related to experience (something along 1% for each 10 experience up to whatever the maximum is).
Experience, to the best of my knowledge, gives 20% bonus for 100 exp and is a linear relationship.
Thanks for the info. I've had to make arbitrary guesses until now.
Any idea what the chemistry bonus is?

Hey guys, I pulled 'Brendon Smith from the SA on thurs, and his Q's are GOA=87, DEF=84, OFF=88, SHO=59, PAS=74, TEC=61, AGR=64. He is only a 5/6 and a 270 something Overall. What should i do with him? Train him as a D, winger, center, goalie, sell him, or just cut him?
Sell him... All his higher Qs are on the three primaries and the secondaries Qs are really average.
Energy. What should I try to keep my player's energy level at going into playoffs? Should I play on Low during the regular season or Very Low and perhaps hinder my seeding in the league... but I will be better rested? Is it worth it?
I like to play Very Low against teams that I'm certain that I will either win or lose against. Against teams that I'm not sure whether I'll beat, I put it to Low or Normal and set the importance to go up when I'm trailing in the 2nd or 3rd period.
But sometimes it's better to save as much energy for the playoffs because when you get as far as the semi-finals or the finals, you can put it to Very High without worrying about the energy your team has left. It saves money too, because you won't have to acquire new players that will replace the ones that don't have much energy left.

Is there a bug with the "Scratches" section of the "Lines"? One of my players got injured and I'm trying to select a scratch to replace him automatically, but it won't allow and it says "The player is not in the default line-up".
