Matter of fact, in my 1 home game that I had during the Relegation Round, I had a Sold Out Crowd of 2100 and thats even having 1 Triple Multifunctional. I'm getting some decent crowds for home games, but to finish 15th for the past couple of seasons, I just don't feel that having 1500+ crowds really want to continue to see a team competiting if the team finishes 15th and continues to win the Relegation Playoff Matchup to stay in II.2. So, my plan is defenitly to start doing something getting better.
Right now, its getting down to 40 players or less, then maybe look at who I should keep for staff. Also, what I'm hoping to do is get all my Facilities up to Level 10.

Staff salaries are indeed ridiculously high. I'm on the same boat. I have to sell players just to have money to build up the facilities.
But you have to stop on the arena after building that triple decker. Maybe upgrade ice quality and that other stuff. You really have to build up your training and regeneration.

Oh, and I might end up selling assistants and just keep head staff. It's just too expensive. 800k + a day for staff salaries, just 60k a day for players. Insane discrepancy.
I'm not at the level where my staff salaries are ridiculously high, but can't you just get worse staff that are still somewhat effective, and save a ton of money? I think it would be much more worth it.
I knew I couldn't afford top staff, so I just didn't bother with getting the really good ones. And my HR department must have known what I was doing because it never supplied me with anyone worth a damn
My head coach has been with the team for 465 days and he's only up to 105OR (52/53). I haven't had a single staff member have an attribute over 70 yet. Most expensive is an SD making 34K per day. In total, I spend under 350K per day on staff. And I'll be dumping 4-5 of them soonish.
You should never destroy T & R. Out of everything that we have as managers, those two are the most important. They affect all of your players. Fall too far behind there and you can easily get into trouble.

what does everyone average on their daily training? I normally am at .590-.620 per day, non training camp. Staff I train at .150- .170, just wondering. Training and Regeneration both at 10. I debated how to move forward, and I feel it is more important to get SA up right now, do not know about you guys, but I have not had one keeper in almost 2 seasons.
Both of my managers are at 100 for marketing.
My head sporting director is at 100 for youth training and his assistant is at 93 for a staff effectiveness of 97%.

My players train on avg at 0.980 and compared to most league 1.1 teams that's not that great. My staff trains at 0.276. My lecturers are really good (90/90 and 85/85 respectively)
In training camp, but I'm at 1.25 for players. Although I'm training mostly lower Q attributes right now. T12/R11.
Staff trained at .20 last night. I guess that's normal. I only check the staff every couple of weeks.

How high is the salary for the Managers?
I might cap my staff's attributes at 75 (or less if that's too expensive). I can't afford much more than that, and as you said, staff don't sell for very much.

By the way, skybox cash is not really that great. Last season I got just under 3 mill. That's for the entire season. But for only one stand though.
That sucks. Even if the skybox cash isn't that great, I would think the added capacity would yield a significant increase in sponsor cash.
that is true. But also if you have higher level stands you get higher attendance and that means more money per home game.
I am going to be putting all of the players i have 350 or up on aution before i drop game. I will post here when they are up, I would like to thank everyone that i have interacted with over the last 2 years. But i can no longer ignore the disadvantage that i percieve in this game. Good luck, and I may see you all in baseball or tennis if they ever get em up.
Peace out.
Peace out.
