You're looking at a 32,905,407 bonus for promoting. You'll be playing the 15th place team from the I.1 playoffs, the Burton Blitzkrieg.
nearly 33 million and only 15% loss in terms of team rating. So it's really worth promoting in my opinion.
Nice! Thanks for the research guys. I was going to do my best to promote regardless of what the bonuses are, but that's quite an enticement.
Hello everyone, I'm the new guy, haha. I'm just hoping I don't get thrown back down into the III leagues after the upcoming season. Good luck to everyone in their promotion and relegation games!
Welcome up Allendale!! This division is not at all like III 8!!
No easy games at all up here, should be a fun season I am sure!!

I think this is the first time I'm legitimately pissed off at having lost a game.
My goalie is rated just a bit higher than his, but here are the results
Me - 40 SOG - 1 goal
Him - 38 SOG - 3 goals
I know that luck is a substantial factor in any game, but a .975 save percentage? Come on. That's just crap. My guy had a .921 save percentage which I think is even a bit much, but how the hell does a player stop 39 out of 40 shots? That's ridiculous.
Hopefully I can manage a win when I play him at home next, but I'm not overly optimistic.

Yeah the goalie obviously stood on his head, but that's especially frustrating when it happens during such an important game. Oh well. It's not that I necessarily even think I should have won. I just can't believe I only managed a single goal on so many shots.
Just got destroyed 7-1. I'm out.
Their goalie followed up yesterday's .975 performance with a .968 performance. With 7 goals against, I didn't expect to win today's game, but I did expect to get at least 2 goals!
Oh well. I had no real shot up in I.1 anyway. It would have been nice to get the cash though.
I was really hoping to promote because I honestly think I'm going to fall even further behind in this league next year and it would have been really nice to have a season in I.1. I'm going to fall behind because my facilities aren't quite up to par because I'm focusing on my arena. I tried focusing on facilities before and I just never have enough money week to week in order to get anything else done. I'm going to build up my arena and then hope to get enough cash from it in the long run that I can switch back to focusing on facilities later.

He will if he neglects his Training & Regeneration. Without that your players will train less and you will fall behind.
Next Season will be a rebuilding year for the Tri-City Storm. I expect it will be a tough season upcoming for the Storm as many of the team's young players will be thrust into the starting lineup. Many of them will get some playing time in the coming days.
So, if I have to relegate in a season from now, as part of the rebuilding that I'm doing, guess I'll have the team relegate. Just trying to get my team to be better then what it has been since Relegating to II.2 from I.1.

And that's exactly what I plan on doing. I was trying to keep up, but I was spending literally as much on maintenance and staff salaries each week as was coming in in the form of sponsor and TV offers. I went four weeks and my cash increased by just $3 million. That's just not a sustainable model.
I sold off some of my more expensive staff and actually downgraded T&R for the extra money and some facilities expense relief and threw it into a full sized triple multifunctional. I don't know if ticket sales will make it worthwhile, but I'm hoping that the skybox income and (hopefully) an increase in sponsorship cash for having a bigger stadium will help out.
I've been really upset about how the staff salaries have gone up. It's just plain ridiculous. I still have a couple big money staff members, but that's only to try and bring in solid prospects and hope to squeeze a bit more money out of sponsors. My coaches and physio are now trash. I don't even have a lecturer at all. What's the point? I train them up to the point where I can't afford them, and then I can only sell them for 10k because they've got a 100k a day contract? Screw that. I'm not even going to bother. My staff used to be one of the stronger crews in the US, but after my staff started posting attributes over 80, their wages put me under. Had to sell 'em off and start over.
