that's the same ratio i use. could be wrong but did me a lot of good this season
Actually Ziggy, I like your ratios (sorry did not read before I post) they allow you to lean the player towards one of the secondaries.

Or another self plug, use my tool and enter the 2/1.2/1.1 and it will convert those all nicely.
Do you have one of them for soccer yet? I've been playing around with ratios today and using the guide as a general rule, have come up with a range of different ratios that seem to work nicely.

Yes, I have one for soccer. I found a major flaw/bug with one of the calculations and I believe I have corrected it. I will try to clean everything up and post it later this week. I'm pretty happy with it so far. The ratios are more complex as per the guide. It looks like a 4-3-2-1 or some such is needed, but perhaps something closer to focusing on the 2-1-1 like hockey would be more effective (just need to narrow down for the positions and talents you want)
