It's change over on the servers for Season 5, as well as adding an Irish league, so everything will be delayed several hours.

Hello. Newbie question here: when you guys/gals refer to 4:3:2 or 2:1:1 etc, what does that mean? Thanks for the help.

The attribute balance of the players.

Each position has a primary and 2 secondary attributes.

ie. (primary - secondary - secondary)

Center: Offense - Passing - Technique
Wing: Offense - Technique - Aggression
Defender: Defense - Passing - Aggression

Some believe because the guide lists them in that order, the 2 secondaries have different ideal weights, others believe they are equal.

The numbers mean the ratio of primary to secondary.

So, a 2-1-1 center might be something like:

Offense: 100
Passing: 50
Technique: 50

And a 4-3-2 center would be:

Offense: 100
Passing: 75
Technique: 50

it's a personal preference thing and really comes down to how you want to train your players.

My players have aged - no big sad faces on drops in players skill sets. Can't complain at all. Everyone else see the same? I want to pull my youth with my new SD and facility.

aging has been processed yes, safe to pull youth (and staff) now ...

lost 1 CL on 8 of 30 guys 'pivy. Surprised both my (now) 21 year olds didn't lose one but lost one on a few of my 15-16 yo's which doesn't make me too happy....

Ouch - that is a kick in the pants.

My youth pull was nice - I got a predicted 4.5 star and a 3.5 star - kept those two a 258 and 214 OR. The OR's were a bit low with the improvements to my SD's and Facilities but oh well.

My top player is 20 and I've had him since the start, he's only lost one and that was last season, still 5/6 and training strong.

I've lost 6 from 42. I wonder does Canucks has that info from his statistic research.

my star player is 4/6 since the start of PPM. he is actualy the second best center in our country so i do not worry to much about longevity

My best player is a 6/6 85% ave Qual 396OR defenseman.

youth pull I waited all week for blew. got 6 guys who are all 1 or 2 stars in each position...took the top 6/6 one and put him on the market. Maybe someone really wants a 15yo right now...
