Oh, i KNOW they already are. We have similar problem in the league i'm in. Problem is, PPM either don't know how, or don't care enough to step in and fix it.
the dude that i'm talking about pretty much deserved the money playing on CL and winning the national title but in the first league are teams that get maybe 120 mills so the gap is huge...
It's no problem actually, we all know that money is hard to handle and always slips away.
Exactly, and money is the key to winning at PPM. I know people say it's not, but those with the money can upgrade more frequently and buy better players, therefore building far stronger teams.
The spread in cash isn't as big of deal as you may think. The newer teams facility builds are much quicker. It is getting harder and harder to build facilities because they take so long and are so expensive now. The one thing that does separate the rich from the poor is the use of training facilities to flip players on the market. The market is very inflated in my opinion.
Ahhh but, then this happens...
Last season I had saved up just over $35Mil to buy a top winger. It had taken me more than 6 weeks to save that, including getting money from selling players.
I scouted the market place and found the guy I wanted. His end time was 4 days ahead, so I even had time to scout the guy.
Then, as his deadline rolled around I had the top bid, and then someone else bid, so I did again. Next thing I know, this person ads $10MILLION extra on the bid, knocking me out of the running for this guy.
I later found out that this person was making almost 3 times what I was each week and it had taken him less than 3 weeks to save what took me 7.
I lost the player... and countless since then to people who have too much money thanks to a game system that is WAY too heavily favouring top teams.
So while the facilities take time, these guys don't need them.. they can just buy players easily, leaving guys like me struggling and losing in bidding wars we stand no chance of winning.

I can relate to that. Been there a few times. I've given up trying to buy high-priced talent. I build from within now. Any purchases are lower OR and med-high Q players. At least you get a fresh start for footy!
Yeah, but i don't really like footy. LOL
I'm just sick and tired of PPM either screwing up or doing things that heavily favour the big teams. It just seems like it's on ongoing issue that never changes.

To me your talking about sports in General... Look at the yankees, lakers, celtics, etc.... better markets mean more money. The game shows real life. Suck it up
Nice win yesterday Leggman, I haven't seen a beatdown like that since the last time we played.
Whats the point on upgrading your maintenance center? It doesn't seem worth it. Does it prevent earthquake damage or what?
