Further to what BK stated. The future contract is the next one he signs with YOUR club. He could have 50 days left under contract. You'll pay that salary until it expires. The estimate refers to where he is on his attys NOW. Not in 50 days. The new contract will include a 25% penalty if he's not from your country. That is included in the estimate. Any increase in attys between when you buy him and the next contract offer will increase his price on his salary expected at offer time. Use the estimate to get a rough idea what his next contract will look like.
This is specifically for staff members. Staff members' estimated new salary based on their current OR is given so that you know what your cash flow will be if you sign them. If he makes $1000/day, and all staff members contracts are renewed over 112 day contracts ... you'll spend $112,000 to retain him for the coming season.
I believe it's there so you are prepared for the size of the contract. A new manager should not be acquiring an expensive staff member they (1) cannot improve due to a poor education center, (2) whose influence is capped by the facility they work in, and (3) has an expensive salary.
... otherwise what you have on your hands is a big outlay to acquire him, no hope of selling him for a profit as he is a decaying asset (retiring at age 61), and costing you money daily you could use to upgrade those facilities.
The same kind of holds true for players as well, but you don't get a warning for them. Also, players can directly influence your success in games, which leads to better bonuses, better OTR, thus attendance, and more money. ... They make a little more sense to acquire early IMHO.

Does anybody know the range of atty's that get capped by facility numbers? E.g. a level 4 facility caps out atty's at 40?
If you knew what a 99 quality player trained at ... that would be the cap for a player ... but theoretically there is no cap since the staff members add to training and their growth, like players ( i believe) is infinite ... basically though, no, there isn't a cap, it's a rate/night
Thanks for your answers OldCity but if you could clarify one point from your previous post. "
2) whose influence is capped by the facility they work in". I read that as a staff member's atty's influence training but only up to a certain facility level, meaning if you have facility level 4 with an atty of 50 then the coach's influence is only equal to 40. Does that make sense?

I'm honestly not sure because I haven't studied it to this depth, but look at it this way ... if you had a staff member who's influence was even a whopping +50% additional training, and your guys are training on L1/L2 facility at like .10 per night ... the increase in their training is only .05.
Whatever it costs you per day for that coach, figure out how much you're spending to retain him in salary. If you're spending $5000/day in salary for him ( I dont' know, just a guess)
than in 100 days (~ 1 season) ... you're spent 500k in salary to upgrade each player an additional 5 points (or 100 days * .05 marginal increase).
What you're left with is a coach one year closer to disappearing and a few extra points per player ... while you could have upgraded to L3, which never decays (like a staff member), adds more than .05 (I think), and costs you less per day in maintenance than the staff member's salary ...
The realistic numbers are probably different, but the theory behid it should make sense.

My understanding is as follows. Each level adds a percentage to the facility influence. With traing/regen it might be 3% per level. Then the staff further influences the trainging. Other factors beside quality of atty include CL level, Playing or not playing. Also there is a random factor that I have found to be +/- 10% So a guy traing at .50 could train the following day at .45 or .55 if .50 is the norm.
in GK's League Statistics is a column SO (shut-out). I observed that there are counted just the SO of the keepers who played 60 (65) minutes. I believe that it's not fair. why the keepers who played 40 or 20 minutes and have a clean sheet aren't counted in SO statistics?
thats how this stat is counted in real hockey. You have to be in the net for the whole game to get the shutout. If you share time with another goalie its not a shutout any more
Agreed. I've seen a goalie have a shutout in a game. It started getting rough so with 2min left they put the backup in so the starter doesn't get run... no shut out for him. Brutal but that's how it works.
I have a problem. My manager exp has been the same for 3 days is there a bug with it? Anybody know.
at least you made it to 101 before it happened so you are at full benefits (i hope)
