I've put much more thought into my staff situation. Because of that I'm deeming some staff positions excessive even though they give me a 25% boost to my facility performance. When money in is hardly more than money out, I gotta slow where the trend is heading.

If you play matches with low match importance, it should be:
league matches -0.08 (if play whole game)
friendly matches -0.02 (if play whole game)
So i've played with low match importance this season 5 league matches and 6 friendly matches, and some of my players have played all matches this season (5+6=11)
League matches took energy 5 x 0.08 = 0.4
Friendly matches took energy 6 x 0.02 = 0.12
So it's 0.52.
100 - 0.52 = 99.48
So i ask, is it normal, that season energy is 99 for some players? does it count like, if it's lower than 99.5, it's automatically shown as 99? Because i was shocked when i saw, that some of my players had energy 99, even i've played only on low match importance.

You want to take money from top teams and you want to make little bit easier for younger teams to catch top teams.
Look at real life football. Top players who make really big transfers have really, really big contracts. So team that buying top players for big money need fortune only to pay wages. So, salary of player depend much on transfer he made.
What I am suggesting:
When player change club - his wage is going up with factor that is proportional to transfer value. Then the wage continues to grow with ratio depending on his skills. Practically - big payed players would have much bigger start point for salary, and always would have bigger wage than player from academy with same skills. In that case I guess when player extend his contract his salary improvement should depend of his progress in skills from last contract and not of his current skills.
I think that solution with only higher wages for foreign players is not so adequate, but could be additional factor.

gotta love the idea. Makes sense and its shouldnt be that hard to raise the salaries to a proper level. Im 100% with you on this one.
This will lead that we will have a "farm clubs" just for NT teams, like it is currently in Hattrick. So the best players in the game will play somewhere in 5th leagues with a bunch of crap players around them. Not realistic at all...

The best teams from game will not be able to afford salaries to have 11 great players, so the players will end up in the clubs which are willing to have just that one player. This will lead into creating of NT farms which will buy such players for a great amount of money, just to have great training for them and not letting their best players to end at some club which have enough money to buy him and to afford salaries but without a decent training/regeneration infrastructure...

Experience should be of great importance, but player from 2nd or even worse 5th division, could never get as much experience as players that play 1st division or even better - Euro Cups. In that case it would be vary difficult for player to be in NT without experience what implicates that he have to play in top division and probably few seasons in Euro Competitions.
+ expectations for clubs at begging of the season - that I suggested at Suggestions topic. If you have great players and don't make result - there should be penalties on sponsor deals.

I just think that we need to wait few more season as I think that player salaries will go high sky...
I am afraid that will not be the case. What I see now (I don't play hockey but seams it's the case there too) is that difference between TOP teams and other teams is only greater from season to season (something like economic situations in Serbia
