Going multi-function as well. One being built now. Hope to start another one by middle of June. Target is 30,000 seats by early next year. Use the new revenue stream on facilities next year. Facililities will fall behind this year. Not sure its right - time will tell.
Theoretically, it does make sense.
my stadium consists of 18600 places where people can stand to watch the game. On average 17000 people attented the games, so improving my stadium could be worth it.
However, I'm still in the II division and do not play in an international competition. I also have no clue as to what revenue to expect from a VIP loge. Is it like the tv-rights? Or more like the sponsor deal? Or in between? Or less than those?

Well, I do not know how big those changes will be? Do you? A bit less doesn't sound too frightening to me (i reckon it's probably like 10% less).

And not that it mattered. Turns out you don't get any OTR when loosing in CWC in soccer
