Hello together.
I dont understand the salary of the employees.
I think,the instruction is at this Point not complete correct,because it doesnt looks like its been calculated mostly on the bigger part...

I have found an employee in same league as mine,who gets 6183 with 34/34 and a fresh contract.
With 29/24 for example third part of the money,and 29/29 nearly the half...so Im afraid of my good employees,what the h... they will get with 49/49 or even with 59/59?
I dont think,I could pay them,because I dont get my Stadium big enough in this time...

And I believe,that the exorbitant high salaries of good employees could be the reason,why lots of manager stop playing after roundabout 2 Years.

I mean,every good custom custodian earns in a Season more than Mourinho at real soccer... sounds a bit curious in my ears...even if we get much more Sponsoring Money.

I payed always attention in this Point,cause the instruction told me to do this,but it seems as I do something wrong,as I look on my sponsoring-income and look on others.

Whats about the Idea,to make different salaries for different employees?
And half of the salary wouldnt be too bad,as I think.
200.000 per day is perhaps way too much... especially for an custom custodian or a doctor...

Stop training them if you can't afford to pay their salaries.
If an employee have high attributes, the influence over a low level facility is practically subtle. The influence is higher when facilities levels are higher.

Such kind of employees are good for team that developed well, and earns money. What it would mean for a team that earns 20 mil per weak to pay 30k per day for a 100/100 staff member ?

There is a reason the staff salaries are so high. In time, the player salaries will FAR outweigh that of the staff.

For now though... as has already been suggested, if you can't afford them, stop training them.

I hope the quality of my stadium brings in more income through attendance than others generate. The skybox is then more like bonus money so to say. Especially if it brings in more money as the seasons progress. That would be nice

30k per day wouldnt be that big Problem,youre completely right. I have been shocked,because someone told me about nearly 200.000 per day...

I think the bigger benefit you will see in media sponsors next year. And I think it's only way to make profit from that investment. Otherwise, just trough ticket sales it will take too much time to get your invested money back

Staff members with 100/100, in first league, have their salaries at 200k per day. Imagine that you have 2 staff members on each facility, that means 2 800 000 per day. Now, you need some backups too, that costs money too ..

It's a fixed amount pr season. But when you negotiate new sponsorship offers, you also negotiate new skybox (VIP lounge) offers.
So far, for me in hockey, they have always been higher every season, even if it's only a 1* offer.

If you first build a multifunctional section, there is no reason not to build a VIP lounge.

Heck, i have 27 staff each being paid on average around 3,000 a day....

The staff salaries may seem high now, but work at it... staff are not really needed until your team is established anyway.

And,how about the Idea of different salaries for different jobs? Its a little unusual,that a Greenkeeper gets the same as a Trainer or a Manager...

as for the ticket sales. At the moment I get over 1,5 mil for a home game. With 21 home games in the league, that's over 30mil a season. Not a big income compared to sponsor deals, but still a nice extra sum.
