Yes theres been like different variety of answers, some say it's next season, some says that it's going to jump in this season. Figure out already... damn! 
It'll be next season or around when the hockey season starts. Outside of that I can't see it happening mid-season.

From the guide it says that teamwork strength is based on playing your players in their best positions on the pitch.
Haha . I have moved every player around and their in-game ratings are maxed out where they play. Plus I train them to play in specific positions. I don't see how this is messed up. I train off and def for mids WAY more than anyone I know. Which confuses me since that's what most people overlook!

And your ratings are also quite low when comparing to stars=?
Haha ya. Well my mids seem to get the worse rating. My player ORs are lower than most and I get weaker ratings than most (in my league) BUT I got a decent indiv. skill rating. Mind you some of those low ratings are guys with 25 primary and 100 shot on fwd who seem to keep scoring so why change it. Just wondered if anyone knew anything I didn't.
