what the.. my best forward is injured and couldn't play today and because of that my individual skill (team) rating goes from 26 to 22.
He got an 8 in the match and his replacement a 6. So, somewhere in there is a 4 point difference.. quite a lot if you ask me..

Well that is significant.. Could one player really affect that much?
We are aware of the fact that the engine needs improvements and we are working on this. But the improvements cannot be done overnight. It will be a long and difficult process. There is no need to shoot the developer either.

for my team he apparently does. He is one of my best players, but I had no idea he affected that rating so much.
It does give me an indication what to train to improve that team skill though. Which is good.

Btw, Individual Skill is imho not that much connected to player ratings. Did your A-player have high Shoot?
the main difference was his shooting, yes, but only 26 shooting. For the rest the players are quite similar.
Experience. That is very important, that is u need. More experience 
And didn't you also substitute another player? One defender out and an additional striker in?
yeah, in the last game. But I'm not comparing those 2 games. The game before I played with almost the exact same line up (one different defender).
experience contributes to individual player ratings, not to team based ratings, doesn't it?
I think that is all connected. U can't have good teams ratings with player ratings 7(for example). But if u have all players rating 10 u will have great team ratings.
