Sorry I forgot to say - I believe there is no individual plays - and there is some who believes that they wingers actually crosses the ball, but CMs can't make pass for goal.
Is there anyone that can help me with my team, I cant win and I dont understand why. Should I sell some good players and get some worse instead?
Still whining and you are number 4 in I.1?? wait for it after season you will find your self number one or two in league? After last whine you have played 2 tie games? One was almost even and other was 60% possession to you? Nothing unusual.. you will win. wait for it! Or change tactics? Usually in higher level its not good to use only 3 defenders..(i think so). Every(usually i lose) time I lose, Im not coming here to ask how to the best! I try different tactics in friendly matches and try to be better manager...
I see you threw your game today... congrats on displaying such incredible unsportsmanlike conduct. If you don't plan to promote, do the rest of the teams in your league a favor and don't make the playoffs. It's selfish and rude to beat people in the first rounds then lose on purpose!

Yup. Likely due to the recent switch over from bi-weekly pulls to weekly is my guess.

Havent scored more then 0 or 1 in a game (except vs a bad b-team) and I am trying to figure out how to actually win, so Im asking for tips here 
Your players are too good. Do you think your players aren't tired of humiliating clearly inferior opponents? Since they're not getting paid for playing better they might as well play blindfold or hop around on one foot to get the challenge they're looking for. To win, you should always have only a bit better team, not dominant.
we didn't yet switch it over to new counts. human error. will be according to the guide next time around
we can only have 3 set up changes in footie ? I have 3 positionchanges planned, but when i try to add a real substitution it won't save it ... the 3 positionswitches remain, no more ... that's frustrating!
