You never seen that kind of match in real life?
Really weak argument, searching for some spurious real life confirmation for a repeatedly observed problem.

I had 20+ shots to 2 against an inactive team in the CWC this week and won 1-0 
Ofc it happens.. sometimes.. not on a regular basis, its way to close between a good team and a much worse.. You have probably not experienced this due to yourself having a team with low ratings
For an inactive goalkeeper he is certainly active in the net stopping my shots!
"Game engine improvements 10%" <-- dated over month ago, so I guess they are doing something...
well thats not someting I want to hear, GE should be prio1 becuse as it is now there seem to be no logic behind it

There are plans in the works and they are working on it. The thing is the guy who coded the soccer game and engine left the team and the new guy has to learn everything before he can re-tool it.
22-7 in shooting, in a game they didnt need to win since they had 2-0 already... anyway this is a rare incident but in ppm it happens every leageround in several matches.. at least chealse got 22-7 in chances since they were a better team
This is just game! Live with it!
This is not the same since
22-7 = 0-0
is quite different to
18-2 = 1-1
Anyway, even if you could manage to bring a closer example (which I doubt), I find hard to believe we can´t make a game engine better than one where we seem to be playing the dices.
