I have a level 6 maintenance centre and the efficiency of my staff is at 26% (security) and 23% (maintenance). There are loads of managers with a much lower maintenance centre and I'm curious whether they get these messages weekly as I do.

@canucks, one more clarification needed on the energy loss thing with substitutes. This proportional energy loss, that would aplpy to both the seasonal and match energy loss, right?

What influences how good a player performs at a match? I have so much better team then my opponent in most matches but still the matches are even or I lose. Does the skills of players influence the game at all?

You have two loses in this season! And both in games where possession is almost 50-50?
Be god loser We only won you 6-1 in ice hockey.
And only swedish who did goal was Pääjärvi and hes born in finland . Ok back to topic.
Some days you only lose to bit poorer teams thats the sugar of this game..

Well all my games this season is against much much worse teams, still its 1-0,1-1,0-1 in every game except 1 (where he had his team in camp).

How is that even possible that every game is even when my worst player is better then my opponents best one?

And I couldnt care less about hockey but ofc sweden have like 100x more medals then the finnish team so dont even start it..

I just played a Champions League game where I had 21 shots and the oponnent had 2. Final score 1-1. This is bad game engine.

yes and he has a 6rating striker vs your 9keeper, his keeper is 6... this is true for me also, my strikers 9+10 with good shooting and good tec and a GK with 10 dosent make any difference it seems..


There must be some wierd factors making bad teams perform better against good teams.. or something wierd..

I believe the wierd thing is the game engine my friend...

Well it cant be 100% random I guess but something must be wrong for this kinda results to happen so often
