well, i am picking 2nd and only fond one B. At least you secured a B ..
Out of 36 players, I've found 4 B's and 4 C's, and I'm picking 3rd. Hopefully my scouts haven't overrated anyone. My HRE facility upgraded today, and their ratings haven't changed (though I may have to wait until tomorrow for it to register in the draft scouting).
Compared to the last draft, this looks like a good draft. It would be great if there's actually an A in this draft since I don't believe there has been one yet in I.1 according to my scouts.

apparently...since i pick 5th and i have found 1 - B and 1 - C...I have to wonder if it is worth even trying to show up for this draft...

Eff it...not wasting my time with this nonsense anymore. Hell, i sat and have watched 2 live drafts where one team didnt have a manager and selected a "gem"....the other time the manager wasn't online and didn't have a pro pack, and still selected a gem....

I agree with you. Unless you have a top 3 or 4 pick the chances of getting anything are slim to none. I have the 7th pick and have 3 B's and 3 C's scouted.
This is an absolutely MISERABLE draft for II.1. I've scouted 5 Bs, 4 Cs, and the rest are Ds. I have a top 5 pick so I'm getting at least 1 B, but still...
forgot to scout.... got one B. Draft has been good for me so far.

Man no A level players and the first pick is a D-Level player. Hopefully the next draft is better considering I didn't really scout that many players this time around
Going back a bit to estimating draftees height. I was looking over the formula again. I think it would more accurately be:
h=(h0+1)+((210-d1)/a)
h0=original height
d1=is the days to first growth date (assume 7)
a= # days to second growth
so with your numbers, h0=182, a= 15 days and d1=7, final height estimate would be 196 instead of 197.
