Assunto: Senior NT Discussion - Ireland ONLY

Hey All,

I think we should have a manager from a I.1 league somewhere in the world who has performed well in their respective league. This leaves xxflip and kitusz from the selection I have seen. Although I think kitusz has a good team and good experience he isnt engaging here in the forum and selling himself. I'm putting my vote behind xxflip for now to see how he fairs. You have engaged here with everyone and you have done pretty well with the Portugese team. I hope you will continue to engage people here and discuss the team so we can build up a community.

I am an easy going guy, and although I have my method of doing things, I like to let everyone know what I'm doing so I can hear the comments, suggestions and complaints.
Having said that, I'll be active on the forum and answer any questions you may have, and even if I'm not elected I'm available to share my experience.

xxflip is little more serious becosue assistent coach is Emerald but like i said, i havent seen you on forum. even i post here more regulary but i dont have anymore irish nt player or i dont candidate

I am here, and now you can ask me! I really want to help Irish community to have better NT. I have the experience to be a good general manager of your team. And this is the most important thing. It will be not my team, it is your team.
My opinion is very simple. We have to build in young talents. There is no way lower, Irish team has to only be better. And in several seasons the team can be in TOP division. With patience.

What's your experience managing National Teams?

I was three times the general manager of Hungary.

In the first season of NTs, I won the elections in Hungary, so I had to find the 50 players. We worked a lot with my assistant, who was a Slowakian manager, who speaks slowakian, so he had a lot of information about the game. I am very happy, that I could lead Hungary into the playoffs of the World Championship. Now the most of the first players are still in the Hungarian Team. So our selection was very good. Of course in Irish Team we cannot change the whole twam, but we have to find 8-10 young players. They will be the basis of a new and successful NT.

I disagree. Not only Achujienas can do it. But you are right, best players should play in top teams.

And I think Achujienas has no so much good opponent in his own league. And that's why he can win a lot of matches, win lot of OTR with them, and he wins again a lot ot OTR in the international cup, so he gets a lot of money from sponsors. In Hungarian, Czech or Slowakian league he won't be so good. I think best manager in PPM is randowan.

There are a lot of good managers in PPM, and Ireland does not need the best of them.
Ireland just needs someone that understands the mechanics of the NT and is willing to spend the time needed to build the strongest team for the next world cup, and at the same time searches for players with a good career longevity that can guarantee it's future.

I believe Ireland already has the players needed for a better world cup performance, and there's no need to build a new NT, there's only a need to add and improve the existing one.

That is achieved by adding young talent, I agree, but not at the expense of the talent that is already there.

You are right! And this manager is Kityusz Not the best, but very good.

I would vote for xxflp myself but I cannot say that Kiyusz is worse!
