Assunto: Senior NT Discussion - Ireland ONLY

I'll post my opinion on those issues, hopefully other managers will join.

- list of players before the game - I personally don't see the relevance of this, after all it is the elected managers job to choose the players, not the opinions on the forum, but I do agree that it would promote a more active forum. The downside is that every manager will have his opinion, and this has the potential to create a lot of criticism which in turn will make the NT managers job a nightmare.

- interview with the coach after the game - While I managed the Portuguese NT I did 2 interviews per season and I answered questions before and after every WC game. The downside is that someone needs to ask the questions, or you'll end up like I did, asking and answering. This is something that can promote an active forum and involve the community, and will definitely be something I will draw lo2010's attention to.

- changes in the Irish national team - When i presented my NT manager application I explained who I was and what I stood for, and made myself available to answer any questions. Once a manager is elected his plan should be followed, after all he was elected by the majority of the voters based on that. We can't have managers demanding changes on the forums because that would create havoc.

They are simply new player, unscouted a many of them still unknown. Many managers didn't draw them from SA yet so it's to early to say something

If you're asking about the 2 players that were added to the NT today, they are Dillon McIldouney and Gerard Canavan, both defencemen.

Yes those are all things that would help the community to develop, but let's start from the beginning first and then add more as we go along.

In my opinion, every suggestion a manager posts is helpful, but it will start doing more bad than good if it turns into a demand.

Another way to get the community involved would be to make a bid to host the next Division 2 World Cup.

Emerald, as the only PPM support Irish member could submit it, but first we'd have to make a proposal, and the first step is to make a logo and a mascot.

I think you don't need too much to win WCh. If you need I can help you in organizing. Last seasons only that nations could bid, which has Captain. If you bid, I can be your "nominal" captian, if developers accept it. I try to find you a designer, too.

Yes, I think the same. If you need Captain (not captain of bid, but captain of Ireland), I am here, if developers accept it. If you don't find designer, I try to find one. But you have to work on the bid. We already organized a WCh, so I can help, if you need it.

I can do the design for the logo and mascot - no problem there.
