the extra may not even be necessary because there probably won't be another application ... or are we going big and trying the Top Division?

does it will be agaisnt rules if menegers of ireland will search market and post good youth players who can get into nt if they get into teams with strong training facility and trainers. i dont talk about advertising own players but other team players with some future in nt not random junkies?

You can search players anywhere you want and scout them. What you CANNOT do is make the player abilities public.
If you believe a player is worth being in the NT, then what you can do is once it is scouted go to the National Teams Database (nt-hockey.czechppm.cz/ire... ) and upload the player there. The NT manager will be able to evaluate the player once it's there.
