So what do you think about Ireland NT chances in World Championship?
Anything can happen at the WC....
But results are not good.
Meh... promoting to the next level is a very tough ask for Ireland - regardless of how friendlies went.

Why has this player been added to the NT?
He is useless.... it seems all your doing is trying to raise the price for him on the transfer market.
The NT is not to be used for you and your friends to sell players, it's abuse of the system.
You have a lot to answer for.

I have been reading through your forums trying to know a bit more about the Irish community in PPM, and although still small I believe it will not hamper the job of the national team manager, albeit it may make it a bit tougher

I think it will be tough just becouse of small community. There is not many top players you could choose and most of them are key players of their teams. Most dificult will be save energy for WC becouse (in my opinion) team seccess is for managers more important than NT.
Shooting is very important, especially on wingers, but in all players as well, however in my team I choose to only train shooting on players that have a quality for that attribute above 75, and unfortunately most of them do not.
I agree, and that is tough to manage.
I never asked or required any manager to save a player in order to use him in the NT, but at the world cup I will use the best players available, and at that point energy will influence my evaluation of each and every player, just as experience and chemistry.

Are you using some mathematics formulas to calculate best players?
I think sometime in the future, the NT will be like soccer.
It will have it's own energy to use, which is great imo.

Yes I am. I have an excel table already built that I used to manage the Portuguese national team, and I'll be more than happy to share it with the next NT manager.
