Yes but the question was a very simple one.
"which goalkeeper is better
A: rating 25 energy 70
B: rating 23 energy 90? "
Meaning, should i play A or B in next relevant game.

Well, "in the next relevant game" was never specified.
So with that in mind... either, depending on how strong your opponent is. LOL

Thinking longterm from season 1 is how i've managed to pretty much dominate the Australian league from the start. It's never too early to plan long-term.
I apologise for the confusion, i never think as simple as "x > y" but yes, 25 would be better than 23, if those 2 numbers are the only thing you want to base it on.

True (blue) but he included energy into the question so that was a hint for me

I just wanted to know whether the loss of energy is included in rating evaluation and if it ends there, or does the energy difference influence the performance in the next game in some other way
(maybe increases or decreases the luck factor?)
(maybe increases or decreases the luck factor?)
No, the energy do not increase or decrease the luckfactor. The rating is already calculated with the current energy, and the rating is the only thing that change because of the energy.
You dont need to apologise...
If you think your more comlicate thougts is better, use them.
I have my strategy and I think that is ok, my team is succesful enough.
But in my world its easy 25 is more than 23 and I think its so for 99% of the other users too.

there is no such thing as a luck factor in terms of a setting within the engine. it cannot be increased or reduced.
so all there is to know about the energy influence on the performance is already included in players rating and it doesn't have any other hidden effect that isn't known to us
thanks for your answer, I think I got the picture

But player ratings doesn't say the entire story, for example which attacker is better:
Player A rating 20 and energy 90
Player B rating 20 and energy 70?
Player A rating 20 and energy 90
Player B rating 20 and energy 70?
they have the same strength, rating 20, but player B is better, just a bit more tired, I get that, as I said already, I just wanted to be sure that there isn't something that I don't know about regarding energy influence on performance besides the effect on the rating
That's why I gave you this example, cause I believe there are other aspects of the engine the energy is important for, not just player's rating.
What vlady said is that there's no such thing as luck factor. He didn't say lower energy means less effective, for example, intensity of play if you choose 'hurry up'.
I'd also like to get this question answered.

Are younger players favoured by the engine?
18 yo and 21 yo with same rating, who plays better?
