Obviously you would only expect the numbers to be the same if it was a simple coin flip 50 50. It is not. But as much as someone can complain there are too many for their team, someone can complain there are too few by just looking at their own games.

Without knowing their attributes it's impossible to answer that.
Energy is counted in rate... and if one player have 25 in rate... he is better than a guy on 23 in rate !

Even though I agree with you on this one, a higher rating doesn't always represent a better player.
