I have two forwards that have very close attributes and have exactly the same shooting attribute, but one has 48 experience and the other has just 13. They also played almost the same minutes throughout the season. The experienced one has 1 point higher rating and scored 22 goals while the other just 9. I think experinece made that difference.
People don't check exp when buying players probably because no one knows for sure how much it influences performance.

May be experience have some influence on player motivation? Like press centers.
If you don't see the experience influence, you must not been looking good enough. I think the influence is huge and think they should lower it.
The best right now have around 150 exp. A 60 rate forward with 150 exp would be 72 rate

New sponsor offer news at 5:15, stadium upgrade at 6:28. Sponsor offer 5* 39M. All four media sponsor offers were 5* 39M, so it's obviuos stadium upgrades on Sunday don't have any effect on media sponsor. But at least I got extremely lucky with all media sponsor offers being 5*, so at the end I didn't lose anything, well except paying 2 more expensive salaries to the manager I just sacked.

You got 39 M media, congratz, best on PPM almost.
Is it right that career longevity do not drop from level to level (or stay the same) at the start of the season but continuously fades during the player lifetime? And just showed for managers as integers one time per season?
First only two players' career dropped, now it dropped to several more players. Are carreer changes now finished, or should I expect some more drops today?
