till when do the NT managers have the option to remove players that were already in the squad ? untill tomorrow evening (like with selection for next match) or on sunday, or is even next week friday or sunday ?
adding players to NT can go on throughout the whole season right ? (if you have less than 35 players ofcourse)
As zubo92 wrote, exactly. When I was NT manager I called guys even a week before the championship. Subject to the limit of total players, naturally. Also, don´t forget to have in mind that you can only dismiss players from the current pack until tomorrow (if I am not wrong). You can call them back later but remember they will lose all their chemistry.

How can I make a following substitutions work?
30' player B replaces player A
60' player C replaces player B
30' player B replaces player A
60' player C replaces player B
Yeah, sunday makes more sense. I wasn´t sure about that.
Things like this are tedious with the new system. You have no choice but to re-set the same sub in the 60'. Like:
60':
First: player B replaces player A
Second: player C replaces player B
So, if player A isn't on the pitch anymore (after the first change in the 30'
, then the first sub is skipped and the second will be executed.
That's how I do it now and most of the time it works (there are some exceptions with more complicated subs including position changes where it didn't work).
A problem arises for conditional changes like:
30': player B replaces player A if goal difference is -2 to 0
or something. Suppose this didn't happen.
Then the above change in the 60' can lead to funny double changes (which happened once for me).

Thanks for the answer, I suppose I just have to test it then. I already added that kind of substitutions you guided yesterday, and the results were that some of the substitutions went red (non functional).
